This study aims to explore the experiences of older adults with mobile banking, focusing on issues of accessibility and inclusivity in the design of financial technology. The research will be conducted using a combination of qualitative methods, including interviews and diary studies, to gather detailed information on the experiences and perspectives of older adults. The findings of this study will be important for informing the design of financial technology to ensure that it is accessible and inclusive for older adults.
